Parallels has sent out notices to update to their latest version so that it's compatible, but I haven't committed as of this date. I currently believe that the culprit is my Parallels application that I have to use for a previous business accounting and estimating software programs that weren't supported through Mac OS. I've not experienced any problems with using it, and what I have found for sure is that I havean early 2011 MacBook Pro, even though I purchased mine during the latter 1/2 of that year. Under this separate partition, it's running fine. What we ended up trying is that we set up a separate hard drive partition and updated from Lion to Yosemite, then to El Capitan. I have been in contact with one of the Apple engineers, and he has been very responsive with follow up calls over the past week.
Regarding problems with El Capitan that I previously experienced. So, I recommend other users with same issues, to report this to Apple for an update on El Capitan if this is a common problem.

So this is what I think, my MacBook Pro is not compatible whit El Capitan even when Apple assures it does. Now all I have to do is restore my backup from TimeMachine and see what happens.
